You’re Writing Cheques You Can’t Cash

I remember back in my student days…

Writing cheques cos they wouldn’t bounce (so
I could increase my overdraft)…

When you’re a student it doesn’t matter right
cos you’ll get a job soon and pay it all
off…

^^^ At least thats the way it was 20 years
ago…

Think it’s a bit different now… finishing
with double the debt of the average salary (I
made that up but it sounds about right)…

Takes a while to get that back dude…

See the way you treat your body is the same
as a bank account…

If you keep on making withdrawals you’re
gonna get further and further into debt…

You’ll get charged a stoopid amount for it…

Which just sends you even further down the
rabbit hole…

So you have to work HARDER to get out…

Or worse… declare yourself bankrupt…

And where your body is concerned there’s
not really an out for that…

So here’s an idea…

If you make DAILY deposits into your
account…

Things like…

– Drinking 2 litres of water a day…

– Getting between 6-8 hours kip each night…

– Eating meals prepared from scratch 80% of
the time…

– Doing exercise every day (even if it’s just
a 30 min walk)…

– Stretching every morning (and throughout
the day)…

All of this stuff adds up dude…

It builds your balance daily…

So when you do have to make a withdrawal it
doesn’t send you into debt…

Sounds simple right?…

And that’s because it is…

But you want to make it more complicated so
you can make excuses as to why it won’t
work…

When it does work…

For myself and all the guys who are on my
programs at the moment…

They experience the benefits every damn
day…

Building their balances for the future so
they don’t end up potless…

And you can do the same my man…
