You're Sick - Bath Kettlebell Society

You’re Sick

illness

How often do you feel under the weather…

I mean drained…

Like you can’t function properly…

Like you’re wading through treacle just to do
the easiest of tasks…

I hear it all the time (usually from new
starters)…

They text me to tell me they can’t come this
week cos they feel a bit ill…

^^^ Nothing too bad but is probably a good
idea to rest for the week…

When they’ve been resting (from exercise) for
the last 20 years…

When exercise is EXACTLY what they need…

I get it though dude…

Really – I used to get ill all the time…

And when you’re feeling that pooped the last
thing you want to do is smash yourself to
pieces…

But I’m not asking anyone to do that…

^^^ Cos it doesn’t work in the long run…

Unless your goal is to smash your immune
system to pieces too (so you get ill even
more often)…

Sometimes what you need is to just get
moving…

Nothing too strenuous…

Just enough to get your blood flowing…

To stop your joints from getting stiff…

If you sit still for most of the day…

How’s sitting stil for longer gonna make you
feel better dude…

Go for a walk…

Get some fresh air…

Do some stretches…

When one of the guys who’s been a member for
a while tells me he’s feeling tired I just
adjust the session to make sure he gets
moving but doesn’t kill himself…

^^^ Cos that’s my job…

I’m not some numpty trainer who’ll tell you
no pain no gain…

Cos that’s all bullshit…

Pain is a warning sign…

And we avoid it…

Simple as that…

So dude…

If you want to give your immune system a
boost…

If you want to get through your busy weeks
with fewer colds…

Fewer aches…

No pain…

Then just hit the link…

It’s all it takes my man…

CLICK HERE to find out EXACTLY what to change to finally get the body YOU want (not the body everyone tells you you SHOULD have)

Peter

p.s. Funnily enough the only time I get a
cold is immediately after I smash
myself in a session…

Which is very rare these days…
