Was a bit of a crap session yesterday…

The fellas were feeling a bit jaded…

They looked knackered even with the lighter
weights…

But there’s a valid reason for this…

^^^ It’s because they tested themselves the
day before…

They did stuff that they weren’t aware they
could do…

With weights they didn’t think they would
manage…

But I knew different (cos I know what I’m
talking about)…

So it was ok for them to feel a bit tired for
a day or two afterwards…

But I want you to think about this for a
second dude…

 

You see fellas smash themselves every day…

Cramming as much into their day as
possible…

Working 12 hour days…

Trying to please everyone at home…

Maybe having a cheeky beer or two to wind
down…

Then having a crap nights kip (before doing
it all again tomorrow)…

It’s no wonder you’re tired all the time…

And if you work yourself to expiry in the gym
what do you reckon the outcome will be?…

—> If you think it’s progress I can assure
you it’ll be the opposite…

It’s ok to test yourself every now and then
(otherwise you don’t know if you’re making
progress or not)…

But doing it EVERY time you train is only
gonna burn you out dude…

Which is why we take an intelligent approach

You make progress in EVERY session…

And then prove it when you’re ready…

Seriously dude…

This shi.t works and the guys who come along
are proof of that…

You’ve seen the videos…

So what’s stopping you my man?…

Scared?…

I get it if you are…

Really…
