We’re all at it…

We’re all addicted…

We don’t realise it but it’s in every one of
us…

You’re probably at it right now while reading
this…

There’ll be a few things that push your
buttons…

But then you’ll forget about it cos your day
just got busy…

Out of control…

And before you know it…

Time to go to bed again…

One day closer to the weekend…

So what is this addiction?…

What is it that keeps us on this
merry-go-round…

can put em off indefinitely…

Which makes it easier for us to justify why
we are where we are…

Like having a few extra pounds than you’d like
around your mid section (and that’s being
polite)…

You know what to do about it right dude…

– You cut out eating crap…

– You drink plenty of water…

– You do a bit of exercise…

And there you have it…

That’s how to get what you SAY you want…

But if you REALLY wanted it you’d already
have it right…

What you really want is the struggle…

The more you focus on the struggle rather
than end result…

The more you stay ahead of yourself…

The more you really do get what you want…

Which is?…

So you know what you want…

You know how to get it…

How do you get past the struggle?…

Well you could start by finding a bunch of
guys (who share the same struggle) to support
you…

You could ask them to provide you with
accountability to make sure you get what you
say you want (which is the same as what they
want so they won’t let you down)…

You could then show up consistently and guess
what dude…

You’ll bloody well get the results you’ve
been struggling to even start towards…

– Better mood

– More energy

– Better fitting clothes

– More confidence

– Better sleep

– Healthier lifestyle (while still being able
to cheat)…

And the thing is you’re actually nearly
there…
