You Failed

I was a fat mess…

That’s how it felt this time last week
anyway…

I’d been to Prague the weekend before…

Eating and drinking loads (Czech beer is
fantastic by the way)…

Then we went walking in Wales (plenty of
exercise but still a lot of eating and
drinking)…

And by the time we got to eating our
chocolate eggs last week I felt like a
house…

Which is ridiculous cos it takes longer than
a week to undo all the good work…

Same as it takes more than a couple of weeks
to undo years of lethargy…

^^^ Read that again my man (it’s kinda
obvious but you wouldn’t think that when you
hear a lot of trainers telling you they can
get you to lose 4 stone in 5 minutes)…

YES they can…

YES I can get you to lose weight FAST…

I can do that now…

1) Eat a balanced diet of protein healthy
fats and carbs (i.e in every meal)…

2) Go for a brisk half hour walk EVERY DAY

3) Get some sleep

4) Do this for a few weeks and you’ll lose
weight…

^^^ Done

Thing is though…

What happens when you have a couple of nights
out on the beer…

What happens when you want a blow out and
order dessert AND cheese…

What happens when it’s your wife’s birthday
and you splash out on a fancy meal that’s
rich in calories…

What happens when you’re on your jollies for
a week or two and you let yourself go (like
me last week)…

Well… you give up cos you went off track…

You put all the weight back on…

You failed…

Bad boy…

Hang on a minute though…

That would be ONE bad meal in a week…

A week where you have 3 meals a day…

So ONE bad meal in TWENTY ONE…

That would be ONE bad week out of FIFTY
TWO…

See it’s not that bad…

As long as you’re consistent with your GOOD
you can have the BAD…

There’s that word again my friend…

CONSISTENT

Now if you struggle with being consistent
then I have another word for you…

ACCOUNTABILITY

And that’s what we offer here…

All of our guys have been in your position…

They’ve tried and failed numerous times…

^^^ Until now

Now they’re all moving towards a common
goal…

To get stronger and fitter…

To move better…

To be healthier…

To lose the flab (without having to go on a
crash diet)…

They ALL keep each other accountable…

Which is more powerful than trying to do it
on your own my friend…

It’s time to stop struggling my man and
finally make a change…

But you have to do it TODAY…
