Why Gyms Don’t Work

I haven’t been to the gym in a while…

What’s it like these days…

Still dark and full of people flinging
weights around with no real purpose?…

That’s alright though cos you can just hit
the treadmill…

^^^ Sorry couldn’t resist (as if there’ll be
any available)…

This does bring up a bit of a problem
though…

See there are many fellas who join the gym
with all the best intentions…

They see the other fellas hoisting big pieces
of iron around and want to be able to do the
same…

But it’s intimidating…

Cos you have to start out small (and someone
might laugh at you)…

Thing is though the bloke next to you who’s
lifting four times as much…

^^^ He’s too worried about what the bigger
bloke next to him is thinking (while
wondering how impressive he looks to you)…

And the bigger bloke?…

Well he’s worried about what the girl in the
training bra (and nowt else) is thinking
about how mighty he is (and hoping the
slightly smaller bloke wants to be him)…

Oh and he’ll be worried about what YOU think
too cos obviously he has to keep up the image
that he’s the ultimate of where YOU need to
be…

^^^ If you follow a 12 week body
transformation program…

Which is why you get tired of this VERY
quickly and go back to what’s comfortable
(which wasn’t working and is why you joined
the gym in the first place)…

So you stop going (but keep on paying until
the end of your 12 month contract)…

Good deal that innit ^^^

 

There is an alternative though dude…

A place where you’re not on your own…

A place where you get support and
accountability from guys exactly like you
who’ve all had this same experience…

Where you learn how to get the most out of
your sessions…

Where you follow a proven training program
that gets you…

Fitter

Stronger

Bendier

Healthier

Thinner
