‘Was talking to my psychology friend and he
says it’s just about writing down goals for
the week’

^^^ That’s what Russ said to me last week…

And he’s right…

See Russ turns up to most sessions (not every
single one but 90%)

And Russ gets results…

Cos he’s committed…

But he wants to be MORE committed…

So he’s started writing down what he wants to
achieve every week…

And this way he can tick em off as he goes
along…

Each time he ticks one off…

He feels good…

Then carries this through to the next day…

And the next…

See how this works dude?

Here’s the problem though…

Most people write down things that are beyond
what they are capable of…

They make things too tricky…

So are destined to fail…

So here’s what I want you to do…

Get a pen…

And write this down…

1) Drink 2l of water per day

2) Walk for 30 mins each day (walk to work if
you can)

3) Get out of your chair and stretch for a
couple of mins every hour
=======================

That’s it…

3 Super Simple things…

Do that every day this week…

Then tell me how great you feel next week…

This is the type of stuff we start you off
with…

Along with some other funky shit…

Which is why we get such great results…
