I watched a great program over the weekend…

The secret life of 4 year olds…

It’s a social experiment showing the growth
and learning that goes on with kids from
different backgrounds…

Only child…

Large Family…

Single Mum…

Youngest…

Oldest…

All from different areas of the UK…

They were all different…

One was particularly shy and just wanted to
be friends with someone… anyone…

A young lass was the princess and just wanted
everyone to do what she said (but soon earned
this doesn’t work)…

There was a lad who was soon labelled the
naughty boy… so he played up to it once
he’d been labelled…

There was another kid who’s already a bit of
a ladies man (he had moved from one lass to
the next by the second episode)…

But this is what made the experiment so
interesting…

They were all finding their way based on
their young thoughts and beliefs passed onto
them by their parents…

This was their first interaction with kids
from different backgrounds…

Which is a bit like how we work at BKS…

Everyone’s different…

But we all have a common goal…

And that’s to get stronger, fitter and
healthier without getting too fanatical about
it so it takes over our lives…

We like to make things easy for you so no
matter what your current level of fitness
you’ll slot right in…

Now in this program there was a young lad who
seemed to know his stuff and wanted to help
the others…

I like to think that’s me…

I just want to help you grow old
gracefully…

And not become a knackered old fart with
brittle bones and a cough…

^^^ Strength training will give you stronger
bones too by the way…

Anyhoo…

We all have beliefs about what’s good and bad
for us to do to get fitter and stronger…

But only your results count…

If you believe cutting carbs is the way to go
but you feel knackered all the time…

^^^ And your breath stinks…

If you think running for hours and hours
until your hips and knees are shot is really
the best way to lose weight…

Joining a gym and using trial and error to
help you look like Arnie (cos that’s
obviously what he did right)…

—> If you believe ANY of these are the best
thing for you…

And aren’t willing to challenge that belief
then this probably isn’t the place for you…

See we constantly grow as a group…

There are always new challenges to overcome
which is why we keep learning and developing
to make sure we’re up to date with the latest
information…

This is why I attend seminars and

kept sharp…

And anything I’m doing that could be done
better is put aside and replaced with
something that’ll get better results…
