Why Most People Fail (and what you can do about it)

Ever read a book that just makes absolutely
perfect sense?…

I mean EVERY word you read keeps you
enthralled because you just keep thinking how
true this is…

You keep agreeing with everything…

Well I’m right into a book exactly like that
at the moment…

It’s called ‘Beyond Willpower’…

And it’s made me realise that ANY goal we set
(even if we reach it) will ultimately leave
us feeling despondent…

Why?…

—> Because we focus on the wrong things…

Let me explain…

But first I have a few questions for you my
man…

1. What is your NUMBER ONE health and fitness
goal… (don’t think about it just answer it
quickly)

^^^ write it down my man…

What was it?

Lose weight?…

Get fitter?…

Run a marathon?…

Ok so here’s the dealio amelio…

If it’s something along those lines then I’m
gonna tell you your answer is wrong…

And we’ll get to the real goal with a couple
more questions…

2. If you got to the goal in question 1 what
would it do for you and what would change in
your life?

3. If you got the things that were your
answers in 1 and 2 how would that make you
feel?

And the answer to questions 3 is your
ultimate goal…

Different to the answer in question 1
right…

This is EXACTLY why most people fail to reach
their TRUE health and fitness goals…

Because you focus on an amount of weight to
lose…

The six pack abs…

The bulging biceps…

Rather than on WHY you actually want this…

Seriously… what will six pack abs actually
give you in life?…

Now my new 90 day program is all about
this…

It goes deeper than just getting fitter and
healthier…

^^^ Pretty much anyone can help you lose
weight in 90 days…

I’ll do it for you now…

Wallop…

But once you’ve done it what happens next?…

Have you changed who you are?…

questions…

And refer to them when you’re thinking about
what to do next…
