So I shall start with a few questions…

And I bet you know the answers already… but
if you don’t I will give them to you
anyway…

– What do you need to do to get fit and
healthy?

– How do you do it?…

– How long do you need to do it for?…

– Do you need to put in any effort?…

So the answer to the first two straight
off…

Eat well… exercise… sleep well…

a load of others… so shame on you if it is
still the same…

Or heaven forbid it has gone up…

But what do they do for you if you do put on
weight?…

Do they offer more advice… no… they just
tell you to stick to their point(less) system and
it will work…

Brilliant…

But the problem is… everyone is
different…

And we realise that here…

So we don’t shame you… we help you…

people… so someone will know…

So in answer to the question of how long to
do it for…

Start slowly and see… you will find that it
becomes easier as the time passes…

Then rather than slogging away you will be
maintaining your fitness… which is a lot
easier…

You don’t need to be striving for goals all
the time…

If you reach a level of fitness you are happy
with then maintaining it will be easy…

As for effort…

Yes it will take effort… but you have a
team behind you who know how hard it is…

Because they have all done it for
themselves…
