Why Are We So Obsessed With Cardio?

Look around any gym in the land…

What do you see?

Treadmills…

They’re all handily next to the door so you
don’t have to move very far…

But why are they soooo popular

Why is the world obsessed with CARDIO

I have a theory…

See we all sit down for a living…

We move VERY little (if at all) for 8 hours a
day

(Or more)

So movement has become more difficult

Which means we get out of breath when we walk

So…

Naturally

We think cardio is the answer

The less out of breath we are the better

So let’s focus on that…

Which is what EVERYONE does

And is why I look at it differently

Cos clearly what EVERYONE is doing isn’t
working

Which is why you’re here right

The way I see it…

If you learn to move well

You become better at it

(more efficient)

Therefore putting less strain on your body

Causing less stress

Meaning you don’t get out of breath as easily

So you don’t have to do all of that horrible
(time consuming)

Mind numbing

Dastardly

Cardio…

But here’s the cool part

If you do learn to move well

You will move more

So you will be doing more cardio

Meaning you get everything you were working
towards anyway

In LESS time
