How much time do you waste on Farcebook in a
day…

^^^ Just have a think about that for a moment
my man…

It’s weird how you can just have a quick look
at something on there…

Then 30 minutes has passed you by…

And the thing you were looking for has
disappeared anyway…

It’s so far down your feed that you’ve missed
it…

But you did come across an interesting meme
or two…

Telling you to think positive…

Frilly thoughts about the future are all you
need to get what you want…

Everyone should think nice thoughts and be
nice to each other and everything will be
great…

You think… ‘hmmm that’s nice’

Then you forget about everything you’ve just
seen and try to remember that important thing
you were meant to be doing before you were
distracted…

See no amount of positive vibes is gonna get
you the results you’re after…

THINKING positively and expecting a result is
completely different to actually DOING
something about the problem in the first
place…

If you don’t take action and make changes
then you can’t expect to get different
results…

It’s as simple as that Cheech…

So here’s a few questions…

—- 1) What have you done to lose weight and get
fitter & stronger?…

—- 2) Did it work?

^^^ write em down dude and have think about
this one…

Then answer these questions…

—- 3) If you carry on doing what you said in 1)
what do you expect the outcome will
be?…

—- 4) What do you need to change to get the
results you SAY you want…

—- 5) What will you do about it TODAY…

^^^ And that’s the key…

What will you do TODAY…

Not tomorrow…

Not next week…

Cos by then you’ll have something new to
focus on and this’ll have taken a back seat
(again)…

You know this already dude…

Which is why you’re not where you want to
be…

I know this cos I spent 10 years where you
are right now…

Doing the same things and expecting different
results…

And guess what…

I only started getting different results when
I changed what I did…

Then the answer to question 2) above went
from a resounding NO…

To a satisfying YES…

So you have a choice to make TODAY…

You can choose to continue the way you are
and get what you’ve ALWAYS got…

Which isn’t really what you want (otherwise
you wouldn’t be here)…

And head straight to the bottom of this email
