What’s It All About?

Did you go to work yesterday?

What about the day before?…

Thought so…

Funny innit how we go to work EVERY DAY…

Even if we know that day will be a massive
struggle we still go…

Why?…

Because we get paid so we can buy lots of
things we don’t need…

Cos these things make us temporarily feel
good about ourselves…

Until a NEW thing comes out which completely
trumps the thing we already have so we need
to work longer and harder to get that new
thing…

I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with
that though Cheech…

If it makes you feel good then crack on (even
if it is only temporary)…

Thing is though the world is FULL of
temporary solutions…

Like signing up for a half marathon to lose a
bit of weight and get fitter…

Now if you like running then this is a great
thing to do…

^^^ Especially if you have hours to spare
every week to put in the training…

We have:

Herbalife

Juice Plus

Weight Watchers

Slimming World

These are all designed to help you lose
weight AND FAST…

But they’re not exactly a sustainable solution
are they…

Can you really live on ONE meal a day for the
rest of your life?…

Do you really want to count points and track
what you eat for the next 40 years?…

But these companies do outstandingly well…

Why?…

Because it’s a shite sight easier to sell you
a TEMPORARY solution to a problem (than an
ACTUAL solution that works)…

^^^ This way you keep coming back right (when
you need to solve the SAME problem again)…

And here’s where we get back to why you go to
work every day (even of you don’t want to)…

— Consistency (yep that word again)…

Do something EVERY DAY and it becomes a habit
(even if you don’t want to do it you still do
cos you’ve seen the benefit)…

So imagine if you did that with your
fitness…

YAWN… but you knew this was coming right
dude…

What would happen if you put in just 3 hours
per week and made progress across EVERY
hour…

In a month you’ll have stacked up 12 hours of
progress…

Which is 144 hours in a year (was always good
at my times tables me)…

^^^ And that’s not counting the stuff you’ll
do with your new found fitness (remember the
story of Antony yesterday)…

Yep you’ll be like the Duracel Bunny before
you know it…

And we all know what bunny’s do a lot of
right 😉

Next week I will be opening up the May 14 day
trial…

Which will help 5 guys get stronger and
fitter FOR GOOD…

So you can wait for the link and maybe get a

Or you can be an action taker and get in
