What Type Of Training Do We Do?

All of it…

Let me explain that my man…

You may have heard of the plethora of
training types out there…

There’s

* HIIT

* Insanity

* Tabata

* Body Pump, Balance, Combat, Attack??

(Who wants to attack their body)?

* Metafit

* Zumba

* Pilates

* Yoga…

The list goes on…

So which one’s for you?

See the problem is most of these are the same
thing (bar the last two)…

They’re all designed to get you sweaty in a
short space of time…

Which in turn will help you lose weight…

^^^ And they work…

But you have to smash yourself EVERY DAMN
SESSION…

Until you burn out…

Then what?

And this is where variety comes in…

^^^ Now most of you may be thinking I’m full
of shit here…

” You’re a Kettlebell Society… where’s the
variety “

Well you can work on a lot of things with
these little beauties my man…

We get guys turn up who are strong as hell…

— But they can’t touch their toes (which
matters by the way)…

We get guys who are as flexible as a slinky
(and about as strong as one)…

Then there’s the guys who are strong, mobile,
fit, healthy (annoying innit I know)…

^^^ But they still come along cos they’ve
seen the evidence that this shit works…

So what training do we do?

* Strength – Strong human beings are more
useful and tend to live longer…

* Fitness – This can be in any style you like
but I assure you you’ll get fitter AND
FAST…

* Mobility – What’s the point in being fit
and strong if you have no mobility (and you
ping muscles all over the place running for
the bus)

* Muscle Building – I’m not talking no He-Man
physique type Alpha shit here… It’s just
some skinny guys want to build a bit more
muscle

* Weight Loss – You can burn a ton more fat
slinging a weight around than you can going
for a nice long run (which will burn muscle
too by the way)…

So which one of these are you looking for?

If the answer is none by the way then I’m
afraid I can’t help you Cheech…

You need to decide what you DO want… and
then go get it…
