Great question that…

Opens up a lot of doors…

Depends what you’re talking about really
doesn’t it…

If you’re looking for some great tasting
Indian Street Food then get down to
Chai Walla in Kingsmead Square…

If you’re looking to buy a new car… don’t
ask me…

Ask someone who knows…

So what are you looking for when it comes to
fitness?…

Are you looking for someone who lives and
breathes what they do…

24 hours a day…

7 days a week…

365 days a year…

That would be great right?

WRONG

If that’s what this person’s doing then what
do you reckon they’ll expect from you?

Exactly

Do you have all of that time to devote to
this?

Of course you don’t… you have a life…

So all I’m asking for is 3 hours per week…

I devote 5 (of my spare hours) to my
training…

Which, for someone in the industry, isn’t
much right?…

And that’s because rest and recovery plays a
massive part in all of this…

If you’re going balls to the wall (great
expression) every single time you work out…

then that is exactly what’ll happen…

You’ll work yourself out…

And end up back to where you are now…

Only a little lighter in the pocket…

So pick a coach who has a life outside of
fitness…

A coach who encourages this from the members
of his Society…

Imagine that… a relaxed atmosphere where
you can actually learn something…

Rather than just being told to drop to the
floor and… well.. do something you can’t
