Have you heard of a fella called Milo?…

He carried a bull on his shoulders…

He started out carrying it as a calf…

And did this every day for 4 years…

Each day getting a little bit stronger…

By the end he was ripped…

Although I had a look on wikipedia and there
is a naked statue of him…

He certainly wasn’t hung like a bull…

–> Must have been on the roids…

Anyhoo…

This is a great example of how consistency
trumps everything…

If you keep getting better…

Bit by bit…

Day by day…

Little and often over the long haul (as Dan
John says)…

You will progress…

It may not feel like it…

But if you look back over the year you’ll
certainly notice the difference…

So why is this so hard to do?…

In my opinion it’s all about mindset…
