Weekend Go By Too Quickly?

What are you most committed to?…

What’s the ONE THING you want?…

Write it down…

Then make a list of all the things you do to
get it…

Do they match up?…

If so then carry on dude…

What you might find though is that what you
actually DO doesn’t get you what you SAY you
want…

So whether you’re doing stuff consciously or
sub-conscioulsy…

—> You get what you’re most committed to…

That’s a good exercise right there my man
(and I review this every day to make sure I
get what I want)…

If you’re sub-concsiously heading towards a
goal…

Sleep walking your way to something while
thinking you want something else…

Imagine what you could do consciously…

You might want to lose some weight and get a
bit stronger…

But what does that actually mean to YOU?…

What does it GIVE you?…

– More quality time with the kids cos you can
run around and keep up with them…

– Better sleep so you don’t feel knackered
all the time…

– Fewer days at work where you just want to
sack it all off cos you can’t get your brain
in gear…

– More energy at the weekends cos you’ve
taken care of yourself during the week (which
then gives you more time with your family)…

– A CLEAR idea of what you actually want and
the realisation that you’ll get it when you
feel :-

* Stronger

* Fitter

* Healthier

Seriously dude…

The more energy you have the easier it is to
get what you want without sitting staring
into space trying to remember where it all
went wrong…

The more you can focus on what happens from
now on…

^^^ Rather than looking at the past for
answers (cos that’s already done dude… nowt
you can do about that now)…

So it’s time to make a conscious decision to
get what YOU want starting NOW…
