So there’s a middle aged health crisis
apparently…

Who’d have known…

I mean just look around you dude…

Everyone’s the picture of health aren’t they
(bit of a sarcastic tone there by the way)…

Apparently a whopping 80% of people aged 40 –
60 are overweight…

^^^ That’s according to the government body
PHE…

This was all in a recent BBC article (link in

Apparently we have a skewed idea of what a
‘healthy body’ actually looks like these
days…

See there’s a lot of mis-information out
there…

Which is why you’re so confused about what’s
best to do to get fitter and healthier…
