Wanna Lose 3 Stone By Christmas?

Goals YAWN…

^^^ Yep it’s a touchy subject for a lot of
fellas…

Why do you need to have a goal?…

Life’s good right?…

I thought exactly the same a couple of years
ago…

If I stay in my job and carry on as I am for
the next 30 years I’ll be EXACTLY where I am
now only 30 years older…

And with a few more possessions (and more
money)…

More money for what though?…

To buy more shit that I don’t need…

Seriously dude what’s next?…

And when you no longer have that job…

The stability…

What happens to your idea of goals then…

I could have quite easily gotten another
similar job and nothing would have changed…

A minor blip in my otherwise drab
existence…

But I didn’t want that…

I decided I wanted to help people because
that’s far more rewarding than sitting at a
keyboard and generating money for…

^^^ I don’t even know who for (how fkn crazy
is that?)…

Anyhoo…

Here’s where you go wrong when setting goals
(in my honest and always correct opinion)…

You set a goal based on an outcome…

Like losing 3 stone for example…

You say to yourself…

‘ I’m gonna lose 3 stone by Christmas ‘…

Brilliant…

—> HOW?…

Oh yes join a gym…

Then what?…

See I’ve realised that setting a goal based
on an outcome gives you the perfect
opportunity to give up at any point when the
going gets tough…

You just convince yourself that it’s not that
important any more (because it’s to hard)…

Or you decide that you got 3 months (which is
plenty of time)…

Until it gets to mid November and you haven’t
started yet…

That’s why at BKS we set goals based on a
process…

–> Follow the process and the outcome will
happen…

So you want to lose 3 stone by Christmas…

What are you gonna do TODAY to make that
happen?…
