Do you pop pills…

I mean the medicinal kind…

Not like necking 12 Es in one night
clubbing…

Like baggy clothes wearing, thin goatee
sporting, nasal singing wannabe Brian Harvey
from back in the day…

I mean pills that deal with pain…

Or high blood pressure for example…

I take ZERO by the way…

But I heard a thing on the radio the other
day…

One of my guys sent it to me cos he thought
I’d find it interesting…

Apparently between the ages of 0 and 10 it is
estimated that our children will pop 400
pills…

Which will increase to 4000 in their teens
(presumably not including the non-medicinal
kind)…

By the time we’re in our 50s we’ll be shoving
down 100 PER YEAR…

Which adds up to over 100,000 in a
lifetime…

And Brian Harvey thought he was double ‘ard
having 12…

Here’s the thing though…

Do you actually need all of these pills?…

If you sit on your arse all day, eat crap and
don’t exercise then chances are yes you do…

But if you just do a small amount of
exercise…

Eat reasonably well most of the time…

Drink 2 litres of water per day…

Chances are you won’t need as many…

Seriously…

Try drinking 2 litres of water per day and
see how many headache tablets you avoid
taking…

^^^ This is why I make this one of the things
