Truth Is He Hasn’t Lost Weight

You might want to turn away now my man…

This isn’t gonna be the usual email…

I’m actually gonna talk about fitness and
that for most of it… YAWN

Stay with me though as there are a few pearls
of wisdom in here somewhere…

See I was talking to Jonny the other day…

He’s the guy who’s gained a huge amount of
strength over the last 6 months (I mentioned
him last week)…

He was saying that his goal was never to lose
loads of weight…

He just wanted to get fitter, stronger &
feel better…

^^^ Truth is he hasn’t lost weight (see if
you can work out why)?… Answer in the p.s.

But his trousers have loosened up a bit…

He’s got definition on his arms and legs..

AND he’s a shit load stronger & fitter…

Now this brings me nicely onto something that
Darren said this morning…

^^^ You’d think we were all guys with similar
goals reading this right…

Anyhoo…

Darren was saying he has a mate who wants to
lose body fat but keep hold of his lean
muscle…

–> Darren is a shining example of this by
the way…

But his mate is doing the same old things
down the gym (and expecting different
results)…

Which brings me nicely to the point…
