parties that probably go on more than you

Which I have ZERO experience of by the way
Cos I don’t have a car (which makes it a bit
more difficult to get any)
BLIMEY…
I’m on one today…
So I’ll start again
Swinging
^^^ I used to HATE it…
I picked up a 12kg bell and ‘gave it a go’
It beat me
It just didn’t feel ‘right’
My back was sore
And I was a sweaty mess…
So I gave up…
Which might be where you’re at right now…

It took me a while but I made a realisation
It was MY Fault that I didn’t like it…
Because I just picked this thing up and
started chucking it around
WITHOUT A CLUE WHAT I WAS DOING…

Are there to SHOW you that you can get past
this ‘initial fear’

The ALL had ZERO experience…

Is that they took some time to LEARN how to
get fitter stronger and healthier
And it all started with the humble kettlebell
swing
