This May Sting A Bit

Is the thing you want ACTUALLY the thing you
want?

Good question that…

When I started training people I thought I
just wanted to help people lose weight and
get a bit sweaty…

^^^ But there’s a bit more to it than that…

When I discovered this is a road to nowhere I
had to re-think and get a bit
uncomfortable…

So I bought a few business books… (which
completely baffled the shit out of me I might
add)…

Probably like everything you read on the
internet or watch on youtube send your brain
into a spiral…

^^^ Especially when it comes to losing a few
pounds…

But for us geezers it’s a bit more than that
right…

We are being told that we have to go
further…

Go ‘balls deep’ so to speak…

Just look at the covers of the fitness
magazines…

The fellas on there are shredded…

— And they’re supposed to be helping you…

They even make me feel inadequate sometimes
and I’m happy with my body right now…

But there was a time when I wanted a six
pack… I thought this was the ULTIMATE
goal…

WHY did I want it? >>> NO IDEA

So back to the original question…

What do you ACTUALLY want?…

WHY do you want it?…

If you lose a few pounds will that sort
everything out?…

Will it make you less stressed in your
current lifestyle?…

Or will it be a temporary high until you go
back to hiding behind the stress?…

What about if I told you getting fitter &
stronger is the easy bit…

And the hard bit is keeping your head in the
game…

I can easily get you to lose a few pounds my
man…

I can get you definition… I can get you
fitter..

But what happens then?…

Does that actually get to the REAL problem of
why you’re stressed all the time?…

Or does it just give you a distraction for a
few months so you can say you’re doing
something about it…

Again I did this myself…

I threw myself into this… trying to build a
business that I could be proud of…

But I did it at the expense of my
relationships with my wife, my friends, my
family…

I was spiralling out of control trying to
keep everything together…

Until I couldn’t handle the stress any
longer…

And I got a coach…

^^^ This guys has sorted my head right out…
and is way more than just a business coach…

He knows his shit…

He’s taught me that I need to sort myself out
before I can help anyone else…

Like on a plane my man… you put your own
oxygen mask on first before you help
anyone…

So what about you…

Will losing a few pounds be the thing that
makes you happy?…

Or do you need to look a bit further than
that?
