Think about WHY you want to lose weight

I was up in the homeland this weekend…

Visiting my old dear… (she had ANOTHER hip
replacement last month)…

She’s like a car… still going but all new
parts…

Anyhoo…

It just so happened to coincide with a
seminar my business coach was doing…

–> Handy that…

Now this seminar was set up to help me become
a better business owner…

I’ve invested a lot of time and money in this
as I want to make it work…

I realise there’s a lot to do… LOADS THAT I
DON’T KNOW…

And will never know unless I ask…

Over this past year I have moved from losing
money in a commercial gym…

Cos the rent was sooo steep it was effing
vertical…

And hustling around trying to help people
(who just want a quick workout and nothing
else)…

I’ve shifted completely from that…

To working outside with a bunch of guys who
all want the same thing…

Who all want to lose weight, get stronger,
become fitter…

And who all help each other along the way…
(my job was just to put them together)…

This way I can help a LOT more guys like you
than I ever would have been able to on my
own…

So all I’m asking you to do vvv

Although sneaky comments here and there will
add to the building pressure…

It’s almost acceptance… but you don’t have

The more I learn the more I value my

And value myself…

stuff I need to do to make this work…
