We don’t get many people who leave…

But when they do I can’t help feeling a
little sad…

Like when Steve told me he was going to have
to cancel his membership…

He’d got a new job in Bristol and couldn’t
fit the sessions around it…

–> And he didn’t have to give no 4 months
notice (or jump through any hoops to try to
claw money back)…

^^^ which might happen at your gym…

He just told me when he was leaving and kept
training with us up until then…

But because Steve loved it so much he sought
out a place in Bristol as quickly as possible
(and the one I recommended to him didn’t fit
around his schedule)…

Then he posted this message in the members
forum…

” Had my first KB class at the gym near work
today. Was ok, definitely not as nice as
being with you guys in Vicky park. The
session itself was ok, ladder we did was
fine, but what I did notice (as did the guy
running the course) was how noticeably strong
my technique was, and how I was stronger than
I looked. My squats were markedly good too.
Thanks Pete, you done good “

 

This is the guy who had ZERO previous
experience before he came to us…

He couldn’t even do ONE bodyweight squat
(because he didn’t know how)…

And in that first session the 8kg bell well
and truly kicked his arse (but he quickly
progressed to chucking around 32kg like it
was nothing)…

^^^ That’s a 400% increase in strength….

Ok maybe that’s a bit misleading but you get
the idea right 🙂

Anyhoo…

What’s this got to do with you my man?…

Well… if you’re thinking this isn’t for

is a particular favourite of mine… what do
you think we do here)?

** If you think you’ll feel intimidated…

Then these are ALL thoughts Steve had before
he joined…

But he didn’t let that stop him…

–> He didn’t use them as excuses NOT to join
up…

He used them as motivation to get to where he
is now…

And keeping moving further forwards…

So if YOU want to be stronger than you look
(which is better than looking stronger than
you are)…
