Soon To Be One Of The 1001 Things To See Before You Die

Lot of tourists in Bath…

We get coach loads of em in Victoria Park…

I think we’re fast becoming one of the 1001
things to see before you die…

Anyhoo…

There was one of the coach drivers standing
watching a session last week…

This guy didn’t look like your typical coach
driver…

He looked pretty built and stood up tall and
straight (not bad for a bloke who sits down
all day right)…

He came over and started asking questions…

Turns out he’s from Romania and knows all
about this strength training malarkey (cos
he’s been doing it since he was 6 years
old)…

He was brought up on this stuff and you could
tell…

Consistency and commitment from a young age
and he certainly looked like he could handle
himself…

He was telling me all about how mobile phones
are killing people…

How folk should lead with their hips when
they walk with their shoulders back…

^^^ Rather than leading with their head and
falling forwards onto each foot looking like
they could collapse at any time…

Which is what I see every day…

And you wonder why you get a sore neck…

The average noggin is pretty heavy so trying
to keep it stable in front of your chest is
gonna do some damage cheech…

And avoiding exercise isn’t gonna help…

In fact doing the RIGHT exercise is EXACTLY
what you need…

Now I’m not saying what we do is the ONLY way
to get rid of your aches and pains…

But you get the benefit of someone (me) who’s
spent a lot of time learning how to help get
your posture back to normal so you don’t
become an old fart any time soon…

STAND UP STRAIGHT…

DON’T SLOUCH…

^^^ I won’t be shouting that at you…

But I will be SHOWING you how to protect your
body from further injury…

And even building strength so you can do
things that are only distant memories of your
20s…

– Like wearing nice clothes again rather than
baggy shirts to hide the midriff…

– Hoisting your kids onto your shoulders
without throwing your back out…

– Having the good lady notice you again
(rather than nagging you to lose a few
pounds)…

^^^ Those sorts of things…

All you gotta do is show up dude…

And if it’s not for you…

Cos it’s certainly not for everyone (we ONLY
accept committed fellas here)…

The there’s no pressure to join…
