So yesterday I mentioned how I would help you
stop being lop sided…

You see… most of us are weaker on one
side…

A lot weaker…

And this is probably because we consistently
do stuff with the same arm…

Stupid little things like opening doors…

I bet you use the same arm every time…

I know I used to…

Which is why my left side was pretty much
useless…

Until I became so aware that it began to do
my head in…

So…

Here’s a few things I want you to try
throughout January…

And one of them is not give up drinking…

Although try to stick to weekends…

And have weekdays off… should make a bit of
a difference…

Anyhoo…

Here’s a few things I started doing that made
a huge difference…

Putting on a backpack… I used to do right
arm first and loop in my left arm (easiest
way)…

So I changed sides… sounds daft but made a
massive difference…

Just try folding your arms the opposite way
and you’ll see what I mean (feels weird
right)?…

If you carry a bag on one shoulder… try
using the opposite…

Carry your shopping in your weak arm…

Instead of banging on about EVERYTHING you
can change…

Basically…

— Just do the opposite of what you normally
do…

Then tell me if you notice a difference in
your mobility…

I know I did….

It’s these small changes that can make big
differences in movement…
