Sleep Your Way To Weight Loss

You’re a busy fella – I get it…

All of the guys who come here are busy…

A few of em only manage to make a couple of
sessions per week…

But they STILL get stronger and feel
fitter…

Then there’s Pete…

He’s the busiest man in the world so only
gets a couple of hours kip a night (yep…
bonkers right)…

Thing is though he knows that this will hold
him back…

Which is why he did something about it…

He’s changed his priorities to make sure he
gets at least 6 hours kip per night…

^^^ Which is the MINIMUM required to be
considered healthy by the way…

And as a result…

He’s lost 7kg… (which is just over a stone
in old money)…

Just by getting more sleep…

Ok I get it… we’re old here…

Just cos you’re nearly 40 you should get up
for a piss every 5 minutes right?…

Not true…

I’m 40 in a couple of weeks and sleep right
through…

Ok I get it if you got kids… they like to
keep you awake…

But if you’re getting up more than that
there’s summink up dude…

It’s the little things that help make a huge
difference to getting BETTER (not necessarily
more sleep)…

– Drinking coffee in the afternoon doesn’t
help… I love the stuff but don’t drink it
after mid-day…

– Staring at a screen… laptop or phone just
before you go to bed makes sure you’ll find
it tricky to drift off… try reading a book
for half and hour before you sleep…

– Stressful thoughts about what tomorrow has
in store or the leaves need raking in the
garden… try breathing deeply and counting
your breaths while you drift off…

These are just a few things you can do and
are pretty simple…

Thing is though you probably won’t do it even
though you know it makes sense…

^^^ Which is where a group of guys who’ll
keep you accountable come in handy…

See it’s not all about how much exercise you
do…

It’s more about what you do when we haven’t
got our beady eyes on you…

When you’re left to look after yourself…

But having the accountability of other fellas
just like you is what keeps you on track
(even when you’re struggling to stick to the
program)…

It’s pretty powerful stuff dude…

And you’ve heard about the sorts of results
it produces…

So why don’t you want similar results?…
