I hear it all the time…

Getting fitter stronger and healthier is 80%
nutrition…

Maybe it is

maybe it isn’t

But let’s face it…

The better the relationship you have with
food the better you’re gonna feel

Now I know it’s hard to know what to eat…

When to eat

What’s good

What’s bad bad bad

Especially when the advertisers are out there
shoving this stuff down your throat day after

1) Drink 2l of water every day

2) Eat vegetables

3) Eat 2 palms of protein

4) 2 thumbs of fat

5) 2 fists of carbs

^^^ Do that with every meal and you’re
sorted… (half for the ladies… except the
water)

It’s still pretty damn tricky though right…
