Why Running Can Make You LESS Fit

I talk to a lot of runners

Mainly because pretty much EVERYONE is a
runner

^^^ It’s what people do as an ‘entry level’
to get in shape

Here’s the problem with that though

Running is VERY complicated

YES it gets you out of breath

And it may help you drop some lard

BUT

It can also aggravate injuries that are just
waiting to happen…

If you get a few niggles here and there from
walking

Then running is only gonna bring em on
quicker for you

^^^ Isn’t that handy
