Here’s the problem…

And it’s not you…

Stick with me on this one dude…

See most people blame their lack of results
on the gym…

Or the bootcamp…

Or the trainer...

Usually people who’ve tried everything…

I used to bang on about it all the time…

When I wanted to lose my jublies but they
wouldn’t budge…

It wasn’t my fault…

It was the faulty equipment in the gym…

You know the stuff…

The machines that do all of the work for
you…

–> So you can say you’ve had a ‘workout’…

Yep I spent 10 years blaming that shit…

But then I realised it wasn’t the machine’s
fault…

I just hated the environment it was in…

Cos if you’re doing something you hate…

If you’re forcing yourself to get up in the
mornings to go and work out…

If you’re eating food that you can’t stand…

Or even worse…

Drinking shakes instead of actually eating
(while feeling knackered and hungry all
day)…

If you’re doing push ups with your face in
dogshit in a field…

How’s that gonna keep you motivated dude?…

This is why I focus on…

–> RESULTS…

cos in my experience…

When you’re getting the results you came here
for…

^^^ Which is what it’s my job to get you by
the way…

A job I take VERY seriously…

Then you’re gonna enjoy the experience…

So rather than putting in the time with zero
results…

—> Action without results (as my coach says
all the time)…

Why not do the right things to get you WHAT
YOU WANT…

Just like the fellas on the program did…
