What does progress look like?
Is it getting ripped, chiseled, cut…
^^^ Or whatever the word of the moment is for your gym

Is it lifting as heavy a weight as possible
Or maybe it’s losing a mountain of weight so you become
skinny and weak
^^^ I’ve tried ALL of these by the way
But to me this is what progress looks like
Left is 2 weeks ago… right is todayPreviously my left shoulder blade was being pulled inwards creating dysfunction… Now it's moving much better but still needs improvement…No heavy weights lifted but strength on my left side is returning… Patience … I have years to get stronger (but only if I listen to what my body tells me)
