Do Physique Models Put You Off Exercise?

^^^ That should ruffle a few washboards…

I was having a chat with a couple of my
badasses during a session…

I asked them what they think of these
pictures of fellas on Farcebook with their
abs out…

How it makes them FEEL…

Does it inspire them to hit the gym?…

They were unanimous…

It makes them feel demoralised…

” I will NEVER look like that “

^^^ That’s what Dave said…

” I just want to get a bit fitter so I can
live longer and be there for my kids “

Makes sense right?…

So what about the physique guys?…

They have pics of their ripped abs for all to
see (you can even see what they had for
breakfast in some pics)…

And YES they are posers (which if you’ve seen
my website is EXACTLY what I say)…

These guys pose to win competitions…

They learn to pose…

So you could call them posers…

And I’m not taking anything away from them…

They commit their lives to their goals and
make damn sure they get there…

^^^ Through consistency and commitment by the
way…

But here’s the thing…

YOU think this is what it looks like to be
fit strong and healthy…

So you hit the gym with this image as your
ultimate goal…

Well here’s a little truth pill for you
dude…

–> If you can’t commit to fulfilling your gym
membership which allows you to go whenever
you like…

You got zero chance of looking like an
adonis…

^^^ Harsh yes… but you need a reality check
(like I did)…

And let’s face it…

These guys spend a LOT of time cutting their
body fat…

So on the day they ‘LOOK’ great…

BUT FEEL LIKE SHIT…

^^^ That’s what boils my piss quite
frankly…

They are EXTREMELY committed…

They’re VERY good at WHAT THEY DO…

And if you want that then I can point you in
the direction of a couple of guys who will
get you there…

But what does it get you in the end…

I know a fair few older guys (in their 30s
and 40s stuff…

And while they have no regrets…

They would do things very differently because
of what it’s done to their bodies…

As well as sexual appetite I might add…

Which is why I focus on getting fellas
stronger…

That way you can look and more importantly
FEEL great…

So if six-pack abs is your goal then I’d ask
yourself why…

What will that get you?…

Then if you decide you’d just like to learn
how to get stronger…

Move well…

And have a sporting chance of living a
looooong healthy life…

^^^ While still drinking beer…
