That was it…

Nothing else…

One word…

The total sum of the constructive criticism I
received from an unsubscribe yesterday…

So presumably he thinks that getting fit
strong and healthy isn’t as simple as you’d
first think…

Doing things like…

1) Drinking 2l of water per day…

2) Going for brisk walk…

3) Getting a decent night’s kip

4) Doing some sort of exercise

5) Eating plenty of fresh meat fish and
vegetables (at least 80% of the time)…

^^^ Don’t work…

That must be what he thinks…

Pity I can’t ask him to prove it though cos
he unsubscribed so won’t see this…

Anyhoo…

I can prove that it DOES work…

Because I have a bunch of guys who’ve all
done those 5 things and seen massive changes
in their fitness levels…

Not to mention getting better sleep…

And just FEELING better in general…

Sore backs and knees…

Knackered hips…

Tight hamstrings…

All a thing of the past cos they stepped up
and did something about it…

Rather than just sitting around and hoping
it’ll get better…

^^^ Which is probably what caused all of this
in the first place anyway…

Funny that…
