Ever get to work already stressed?…

You got so much to do that you don’t know
where to start…

So you grab a coffee and a bacon sarney…

Check a few emails (oops) < — more work on
top of what you already have…

So you go grab another coffee before you
knuckle down to get on with it…

Then someone asks you a question…

Which (if you can provide an answer) results
in more work cos you’re the guy who knows
what to do…

Before you know it a couple of hours have
passed…

^^^ And you haven’t even started yet…

So you try to start a few things at once…

Cos the more you work on the more you’ll get
done right (but you already know that’s
bullshit)…

Why?…

Cos it all happens again the next day…

So how the hell are you gonna fit in any time
to work on yourself?…

Well… there’s an app for that Cheech…

–> I use ‘Habit’ on android (‘Way Of Life’ on
iPhone)…

It may seem weird to begin with but it
works…

I find the more stuff I have to do the less I
get done…

I get paralysed cos I don’t know where to
begin…

So what I do is put the important stuff into
the app…

^^^ And it reminds me to do it (and makes me
much more productive)…

When it’s in your head you know you should do
it but you’ll find ANY distraction to use as
an excuse…

But when an external source just tells you to
get it done… you do it…

And you’ll soon realise that you get a load
more done in a lot less time…

Which gives you MORE TIME to work on YOU…
