It’s the end of the first week for five new
guys…

Five guys who took action and decided to get
fitter and stronger…

And the progress has already been rather
astonishing…

A couple of these guys haven’t done any
exercise for 20 years or more…

And have never touched a kettlebell before…

But they still turned up and got stuck in…

We finished off Friday with a nice good swing
session where these guys could see FOR REAL
what progress actually looks like…

Jonny who started 8 months ago was swinging
around a 28kg for 15 minutes and looked
pretty fresh by the end (if a little bit
quite)…

The other boys did fewer swings with the
16kg and were astounded at what Jonny could
do…

^^^ What happened there then…

Well they’ve had a look to 8 months in the
future to see where they could be…

And that’s a fucking powerful incentive my
man…

Seriously…

Jonny used to have sore shoulders…

Cranky lower back…

And a weak ankle…

Sounds a bit like Quasimodo (THE BELLS THE
BELLS)…

^^^ Yep that did just happen…

But now he’s wearing smaller trousers while
feeling a damn sight fitter and stronger…

Anyhoo…

Point is…

Don’t put this off any longer…

Jonny didn’t and he’s reaping the benefits…

These new boys didn’t…

And they’re starting a journey to superior
strength and fitness in their 30s and 40s…
