I been bangin’ on about measuring
backwards…

Looking at how far you’ve come…

Now for some…

That means standing still…

Being in the same place you were this time
last week, last month, last year…

See when you stand still you stagnate…

If you look to the future you’re looking at
something you can’t control…

^^^ Which brings up feelings of fear and
anxiety

So I always find it better to look back

See what you’ve achieved

Then build on that to keep you moving…

It’s all more clear in this week’s
