Less Time With BETTER Results (how’s that possible)

I used to train twice a day…

5 times a week…

I used to smash myself as much as possible…

And it got pretty boring after a while…

Ok so I was fit…

But what does that mean?…

I certainly wasn’t ‘fit’ for anything else
after those sessions…

I felt knackered at weekends…

I dreaded the beginning of the week cos I
would have to do it all again…

As well as working stupid hours… (I was
totally exhausted)…

Which is why we don’t do weekends…

Because that’s YOUR time to use the energy
you have left to spend with your family and
friends

So how many hours a week do you need?…

Surely it takes so much dedication that you
have to make your life revolve around fitness
right?…

—> Not true my friend…

I do 5 sessions per week…

Rarely do they take up more than an hour of
my time…

–> And frequently they will only take 20 mins…

Then I have the weekend off to do whatever I
want to do… (and I don’t feel guilty if I
do zero exercise)…

So is this possible for you?…

In short… YES…

You just need to use your time wisely…

Put in the required effort… (as much as you
NEED to but as little as you HAVE to)…

And enjoy the rest periods… (which is when
the change actually happens)…

Then over time you will get stronger and
fitter…

Meaning you can fit EVEN more into that short
space of time…

So no matter how fit you get… (which will
be VERY if you stick with it)…

You never have to find more time… (unless
you really want to)…

Think about when you go for a run…

You do half an hour… and you’re spent…

Then after a few weeks half an hour won’t cut
it…

So you need to do 45 mins…

Then an hour…

Then………. (you get the drift right)…

So the fitter you get the MORE TIME you need
to find…

Which is EXACTLY what you don’t have…

So coming along to Bath Kettlebell Society
actually CREATES more time for you…

^^^ Just think about that for a moment my
friend…

This means that you don’t have to go for a
long run on a Sat or Sun morning…

I used to HATE that…

Especially cos it ruined my Fri & Sat nights
too..

Grumble grumble…

So you can keep trying to find more and more
time to get those runs in…

Until you eventually give up…

p.s. This was the biggest lesson for me…

Completely changed the way I think about
exercise…

Just glad I discovered it before I gave up
for good…
