Last Chance Before I Pull The Plug

I want to let you into a little secret my
friend…

I don’t particularly like exercise…

Actually getting the motivation to do it can
be like wading through treacle sometimes…

Thing is though…

Once I’m on the other side I FEEL great…

I get this buzz that what I’ve just done was
good for me…

This makes the rest of my day more
bearable…

I’m sure you know what I’m talking about my
man…

You know when something is hanging over your
head that needs to be done…

Like the sword of Damocles…

If you don’t get it done then it just keeps
pecking away at your brain…

Keeping you awake at night…

Until you do it… and wonder why you didn’t
do it sooner…

Happens all the time my man… to all of
us…

And we NEVER learn…

Imagine how much time you could save yourself
if you just did what you said you were going to
do…

Cos I know that if I put something off…

^^^ It stops me from doing everything else…

So I get nothing done…

I distract myself and then wonder where the
time’s gone…

Know what I mean?…

Ok so I know you’re a busy fella…

— You got hungry kids at home who need
ferrying around to all of their activities at
the weekends… (activities that are on the
opposite sides of town)…

— You got a demanding job that takes up ALL
of your time during the week…

— You get to see the kids for about 5
minutes when you get in and then it’s off to
bed… (so you can finally eat something
that’s been heated up quickly)…

— You’re exhausted afterwards and end up
crashing on the sofa…

— And when it’s time for bed you go straight
to sleep… no shenanigans tonight (again)…

RINSE AND REPEAT

So how the hell can you fit exercise into all
that?…

Well – doing exercise can actually create
time…

You know how knackered you get when you drag
yourself out of bed to go to work…

You work through lunch cos you’re just too
busy to get away…

The afternoon drags… how can it only be
3pm?…

I got a deadline and I haven’t managed to get
anything done…

Here’s what I do…

—> HIT PAUSE…

Go do something that makes you FEEL good…

Get the blood flowing and give the brain a
distraction…

Learn some focus…

Force yourself to be more productive…

And get fit as as a bi-product…

Yep a bi-product…

You don’t have to spend hours doing this
stuff my man…

I know I don’t… but it does mean I create
more time for myself and get more done during
the day…

^^^ this has made a massive difference

Now if this hasn’t fired you up…

Cos you think this exercise malarkey is all a
load of old tosh…

That you don’t have time…

Then come along to the 14 day trial and talk

Only they listened…

Took action…

And are now feeling better than ever…
