excuses as to why you can’t

– I don’t have time (which means you won’t
MAKE time)

– I’m not fit enough (which is bonkers when
you think about it… considering we make
fellas fitter and stronger and have proven
results)

– I might be the fattest one there (so
what… we all have to start somewhere and
want to help you)

– It costs too much (the cost of NOT getting
fitter and stronger is WAY more… trust me)

– I hate the gym (so do we)

– I’ve tried EVERYTHING and nothing works
(you haven’t tried this… and you’ve seen
the proof that it works)

– I don’t know what to do

^^^ Yes you do (you’re just trying to
convince yourself you don’t need this)
