Is This REALLY A Surprise?

Just Like Mama Used To Make

That’s what Dolmio tell you in their
adverts…

But they’ve had to put a warning on some of
their products cos it’s not healthy to eat em
more than once a week…

^^^ And they won’t be the last I’m sure…

So obviously mama used to mass produce this
stuff and whack it full of salt, sugar and
preservatives…

^^^ This is what keeps it “authentic”
apparently…

I usually hate seeing things in speech marks
like that…

To highlight that it isn’t actually true…
but in this case I can forgive myself (aren’t
I nice)…

Thing is though how hard is it to actually
make a tomatoey (it’s a word) pasta sauce?…

I can knock one up in about 10 minutes (ok
you sometimes have to cook it longer to let
the flavours come out)…

But even after 10 mins it’ll still be better
than out of a jar…

Honestly dude this nutrition malarkey isn’t
all that hard…

I’m not even that interested in it to tell
the truth…

Reason why?…

To get someone to REALLY get hold of their
nutrition properly you have to get them to
GIVE UP A HUGE AMOUNT…

You have to forge new DAILY habits that are
so far away from what you do now (or what you
WANT to do)…

That it’s a sure fire way to put ANYONE off
healthy eating forever…

1) Give up eating stuff out of packets and
jars…

2) Learn to make simple tasty meals from
scratch (and they don’t need to take hours to
make)

3) Eat loads of vegetables…

4) Drink plenty of water…

Now I’m not gonna tell you this is easy to
do…

It’s an EASY concept…

But it’s HARD to apply (I know cos it took me
10 years to realise that I was deluding
myself about this stuff)…

But once I made these small changes I
discovered TWO major benefits…

* I lost a ton of weight…

* I felt fucking amazing afterwards…

Less Bloated

More Energy

Dry Armpits

Better Self Esteem

One Chin

All because I realised I was lying to
myself…

I knew this stuff but I just chose not to
believe it (and my results reflected that)…

And my reflection was somewhat bigger than it
is now…

Give it a go cheech…
