When I became a fitness industry spy I was
terrified

It’s really hard to start something brand new

Especially when you have a few pounds to lose

And you’re not entirely happy with the way
you look

But that’s what got me into this

And I was totally prepared to do something

However

After a while I started becoming a bit of a
douchebag

You know the type…

It’s ALL about being fit

You have to put in hours of training to get
what you want

Otherwise You WILL fail

^^^ But that’s all a load of old pony my
friend…

Yes you have to make some changes…

But start out small

Create some new habits

And soon you’ll be able to keep on track
without it feeling like too much of an effort

You’ll actually enjoy it

That’s the feedback I’ve been getting from
