So I had a message from an unsubscriber
yesterday…

Apparently I keep repeating myself…

Here’s what he said

‘Wasn’t finding the message helpful and
somewhat repetitive’

So apparently I keep repeating myself…

Well there is a reason for that

This health and fitness malarkey isn’t
actually that hard…

If you want me to go further into detail…
if you think that will help then I will…

I will tell you all about your nutritional
macros and how to eat a balanced diet of
carbs, healthy fats and protein…

I will tell you about how to fit these macros
around your training… to maximise the
body’s potential for change…

I will tell you the best way to train if you
have mobility issues…

I will teach you the best exercise (IMHO) to
burn fat and make you feel fantastic…

If you need to build strength then I will
help you by training low reps with ladders so
you achieve consistency without burning
out…

YOU STILL WITH ME?

Is all of this making sense?

If so… then you don’t need me

Crack on my friend… and let me know when
you get to where you want to be…

As for not being helpful…

I openly invite questions… and this guy
didn’t ask any…

So clearly he was after a quick fix…

Or he already knows HOW to shed some timber
and become the man he wants to be… so why
was he here then eh?

Now you are here for a reason…

You want to feel like you did on your 20s…

before life got in the way…

when there were more hours in the day to do
