I Put On Half A Stone In 10 Days

Blimey I feel bloated…

– Lethargic…

– Tired…

– Tight…

That’s what a holiday does for you…

I put on half a stone in 10 days…

Not bad going eh?…

You see I GET IT

^^ It’s Christmas ^^

It’s party time…

And all these gurus telling you how easy it
is to stay healthy through the festive
period…

While you are surrounded by mulled wine,
mince pies, stollen, christmas pud, festive
beers…

Don’t they p*ss you right off?…

–> ME TOO…

Which is why I don’t live by their rules…

I went snowboarding over Christmas…

And I made a decision to eat what I liked…

So I wasn’t constantly thinking about my
intake… (it’s only for 10 days for fks
sake)…

You see… once you start eating a bit more
healthily…

You realise the effects certain types of food
have on you…

Making you feel bloated…

– Lethargic…

– Tired…

^^ yep same again ^^

But you still enjoy em right…

Imagine though… if you ate these foods
constantly…

I used to and felt this way EVERY DAMN DAY…

So how do you manage this?…
