Went to see Little Miss Sunshine over the
weekend…

I love it when there are older films on at
the flicks so I can go and enjoy the
experience with other people like me…

And when it’s a comedy as funny as this it
makes it a whole load more enjoyable…

Anyhoo…

I was gonna share some of the lesson held
within but then this popped up…

It’s a message from Paul Hurley who’s been
coming to BKS since May this year…

He’s runs Rugby Tots in the South West so if
you got kids between 3 and 6 then hit him up
(he’s an enthusiastic chap)…

And you can see that from what he wrote on
the old Farcebook yesterday…

sessions for you to do online if you live
outside of Bath and can’t make his outdoor
sessions in the Park.

I didn’t ask him to do this…

Although I think he may be trying to win our
competition where the winner gets an iPad…

But you can see from his post how much he’s
gotten out of the last 6 months here at
BKS…

And it’s still only the beginning…

Thing is though…

While he’s been losing all this timber he
hasn’t gotten any weaker…

In fact he’s gotten stronger as he lifts
heavier weights while actually weighing less
himself…

So % bodyweight wise he’s increased his
strength MASSIVLEY…

And all his mates have been asking what his
‘secret’ is…

So he told them the truth…

— There are no secrets —

But if you’re struggling to drop some serious
lard…

While maintaining and building some super
strength…

Not to mention being able to keep up with the
cherubs in the park (rather than watching
them have fun and not being able to join
in)…

Then here’s the Secret…

– Eat a balanced diet and be good 80% of the
time

– Drink plenty of water (2L a day is about
right)

– Strength Train 3 times per week…

And the most important of all…

–> SHOW UP…

That’s what Paul does and it seems to work
for him…

So applications for the live sessions are
open again…
