I Have A Small Suggestion

I remember a few years back…

When I was living in Swindon…

Our neighbours were a right nightmare…

We got back late one Sunday…

From a nice weekend in Paris…

In fact I’ve just remembered it was the day
France got beat in the world cup in 2006…

Anyhoo…

We got home and there was some rather loud
music coming through the paper thin wall from
next door…

I mean you could hear a fart through this
wall…

So this music might as well have been in
our house…

Basically the folk next door had just gotten
engaged…

So they decided to get absolutely hammered
and have a massive party…

On a Sunday night… Until about 4 in the
morning…

And not give a toss that we kept complaining
about it…

Because THEY had something to celebrate…

Which didn’t help our moods when we had to
get up at 6 am the next morning…

And here’s the thing…

 

You can’t control what other people do…

If you get pissed off then it’s your fault…

 

Let me explain…

If you get annoyed that other folk in your
gym hog the equipment…

If you stand there tapping your foot because
nobody has vacated a treadmill for the last
20 minutes…

If you can’t stand to watch the alpha males
flexing in the mirror…

^^ I’m sure they’ve probably got bright red
bums too ^^^

If you’re sick of the grunting and
one-upmanship you see all over the place…

If you’ve never called anyone ‘Bro’ in your
life… (apart from your actual brother)…

And you want to get stronger and fitter…

IT’S YOUR FAULT…

You made the decision to go to this gym…

Knowing how busy it gets…

So I have a small suggestion…

— Leave —

 

It’s doing you no good anyway…

And when the summer comes round you’ll be
forced to spend time in there…

After a full day in the office…

When me and the guys are in the park getting
a tan…

And getting a damn sight stronger…

Without having to stand around waiting for a
piece of sweaty kit…

 

So you have two choices…

1) Stay the same and get the same results…
(i.e. pissed off)…

2) CHANGE what you do…

If you’re prepared to make changes then you
will experience changes in your outcome…

But what changes…

Well your clothes will fit better for a
start…

You might not have to consider punching
another hole in your belt cos you’re
stressing out the last one…

That sucker used to be round but now it looks
like the last bit of a dot-to-dot puzzle…

You’ll realise you’re ALREADY a LOT stronger
than you think you are…

You’ll learn how to unleash this strength to
transform your results without having to
smash yourself to pieces…

Those sore knees, hips, ankles and shoulders
will be a distant memory…

No more sitting on the side lines cos you
feel about 30 years older than you are…

That’s all I got my man…
