How’s your work life balance?…

if it’s anything like mine used to be you’ll
probably be pretty tired most of the time…

12 hour days…

Maybe a couple of hours at home here and
there…

I read a report the other day that said v v v

A third of fathers are regularly burnt out…

And

v

One in five work EXTRA hours…

So in between working and being knackered…

Where’s the time to look after your
family?…

Where’s the time to have fun with the
kids?…

—-> Where’s the time to look after YOU?…

Let me use Paul as an example…

He’s the fella who’s lost 6 stone since he
joined…

See Paul used to work EVERY DAY…

He runs Rugby Tots in the Southwest so has to
be in quite a few places during the week…

And this was getting on top of him…

He had no time for himself…

To the point where he piled on the weight…

And when you’re trying to keep a group of 30
or more 4 year olds entertained this could be
rather tiring (as you can imagine)…

^^^ This is why Paul signed up…

And he says it’s the best thing he ever did

above)…

Since he’s lost A QUARTER if his bodyweight
he has way more energy…

– Which makes his job a lot less
stressful….

– Meaning he feels “fitter and stronger than
he has for over 25 years” << (his words)

– Giving him more time for himself…

– Resulting in zero burn-out…

^^^ That’s why this process works my
friend…

And Paul is a rather trim example of this…
