How You Can Lose A Stone In A Month

Drink some sort of thick overpriced liquid until
dinner…

Then eat a small meal… but not too big mind…

Done…

Doesn’t that sound great…

It’s amazing…

You see — I advertise on Farcebook… but I’m
not allowed to tell you that I can help you
lose weight…

I’m certainly not allowed to tell you how
much weight…

And heaven forbid I should tell you I can get
you to lose it in a certain amount of time…

Which is why I’m astounded when I see the
front of a national newspaper that tells you
how to lose 7lbs in 7 days…

And I’m not talking one of your tabloids
either…

I mean a proper paper…

One that used to be a broadsheet and
everything… (whatever happened to
broadsheets anyway)?…

But then again… I’m not big on telling you
how much you can lose in a short space of
time…

Because it’s not sustainable…

At BKS we focus more on teaching you how to
manage your health and fitness goals around
your busy lifestyle…

So you don’t have to smash yourself to pieces
for a month…

Feel like you’ve put enough sweat and tears
into the game…

So you can have a couple of months off… to
put it all back on again…

— Yep… that’s what I used to do…

I got so fed up with exercise that I was
about to throw in the sweaty towel…

I had no interest in changing my lifestyle
sooooo much that I couldn’t have any fun
(without feeling guilty about it)…

I was ready to give it up for good and resign
myself to being a chubber…

Until I realised that small changes make a
huge difference…

And if you manage your changes… SLOWLY…

They become new habits…

And by the time you add up a few of these
SMALL changes…

–> You’re half the man you used to be… (in
a good way)…

This is where most trainers will go wrong…

They’ll dazzle you with 12 week body
transformations to make you look like them…
(even if you don’t want to)…

When all you need is a bit of guidance…
(you’re not stupid right)…

You know that you should do more exercise…

You already know that heating up a quick meal
and eating it with a garlic baguette isn’t
exactly going to give you a beach body…

But you don’t really care… it’s convenient
FOR YOU…

And if you think a few star jumps is gonna
burn that off… then you need a good kick up
the arse quite frankly…

–> cos it ain’t gonna happen my man…

You have to WANT to change… at least a
little bit…

That first little change will feel good…

You’ll feel like you’ve made a difference…
(without becoming a boring fart who thinks no
one should eat gluten)…

And that feeling is VERY powerful…

It makes you want to know what’s next…

Rather than looking at a puddle of puke and
sweat and wondering if it’s all worth the
effort…

So there you have it my friend…

The next step is up to you…
