It’s pretty simple really…

You train twice a day 6 days a week…

You eat a ludicrously restricted diet…

Do this for 3 – 4 years (if you want to fast
track that is)…

^^^ Then you look like the physique guys…

Now I’m not saying there’s anything wrong
with this…

Although you should see some of the comments
I get on Farcebook for telling people that
being strong is better than being ripped…

^^^ Which is my opinion by the way (because
it’s made me feel indestructible)…

— And got rid of my old man’s saggy arse
cheeks…

Yep folk on there are pretty angry aren’t
they…

Telling me to get guys like you…

Guys who aren’t all that interested in
gyms…

Telling me to get you to lift massive weights
and make you puke…

Basically questioning my manhood (which to be
fair is on the small side)…

But if you want to be as ripped as those
fellas you need to dedicate your life to it
for the next few years at least…

Or get some of those magic p.ills (and see
what THAT does to your manhood) …. Hah…

—> Are you prepared to do that dude?…

Thought not…

Thing is though…

This is how most people think they’ll look if
they do 3 sets of 12 on the bench press once
or twice a week…

Yep you’ll build muscle if you do that with
the appropriate weight (but you’ll certainly
not be ripped)…

In fact you’ll probably just feel as flabby
as ever…

^^^ I know this cos I did this for 10 years
(with zero help)…

And in the end I got so fed up that I decided
to take action (which I thought I’d already
done by the way)…

Turns out I was just deluding myself…

Which we all do…

Stick at it and it’ll work…

But here’s the problem with that my friend…

Sticking at something that doesn’t work won’t
automatically make things suddenly change…

So what does create change?…
