I bet you could drive to work with your eyes
shut…

You know each twist and turn…

I’m not recommending you do this by the
way…

Cos you WILL have a crash…

I got thinking about this after something
Craig said the other day…

He turned up 5 minutes early…

And said this was the first time he’d driven
here without getting lost…

Cos whenever he comes to town he usually goes
to Sainsbury…

^^^ So his brain is conditioned to take him
that way…

And it’s taken almost a month to correct it..

Should be simple right…

But when you’ve been doing something for so
long it takes a bit of effort and consistency
to change it…

This is why people get:-

– Sore knees

– A dodgy back

– Tight Shoulders

– Knackered hips…

^^^ These are all symptoms of poor
movement…

Movement you’ve been following for years…

And the more you add to it the worse it’ll
get…

 

—> Which is why you’ll see people
throughout the gyms of the land pushing
through the pain…

Until something gives and they have to
stop…

And then give up cos everything hurts…

 

This is NOT what getting fitter and stronger
is about my man…

And it’s certainly not how we work at BKS…

We get you fitter and stronger without making
things worse…

Cos none of us are getting any younger and we
want to keep moving for a good few years to
come…

We got a new 14 day trail starting 4 July…
